The valley is an eco-friendly community residential area located alongside the coast where it embraces the natural world and is integrated into nature. The interior design, furniture, and materials used to create the space within these villas are sustainable and aim to provide a comforting modernized bohemian-inspired experience.  A sustainable design concept encompasses design strategies that result in an overall, sustainable concept. Today, there is great emphasis on the impact we have on our environment, especially concerning real estate. This brings us to principles of sustainable interior design. Opting for environmentally responsible interior design, by choosing the right materials and products, enables us to create eco-friendly spaces with a reduced impact on the planet as well as a positive impact on the space’s users or occupants. Water consumption is an important aspect of sustainable home interior design Indoor water consumption can be monitored and managed to encourage reductions while flow controls reduce water waste via efficient fittings for WCs, urinals, taps and showers.  Key aspects in this design include improving natural light, improving views onto nature, incorporating natural materials, textures & patterns, ventilating spaces and creating restorative spaces. By improving the human connections to nature, one will feel happier and healthier in the environment they are in. My chosen villa has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private balcony pool on the first floor. There are the garden villas and the beach villas. Each home is situated in a way that visitors can receive optimal privacy but still have the opportunity to socialise and feel a sense of community.
